Quintas Energy busca un/a Senior Accountant en Sevilla para fortalecer su equipo. La persona será responsable de actividades financieras clave y de colaborar en auditorías, además de supervisar el cierre mensual. Se requiere dominio del español e inglés, y experiencia previa en contabilidad y finanzas. Ofrecemos un entorno híbrido con oportunidades para desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• Mínimo 4 años de experiencia como contable.
• Experiencia en operaciones financieras y reportes.
• Dominio profesional en español e inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Responsable de actividades financieras: reportes, presupuestos y proyecciones.
• Gestión de flujos de caja y preparación de presupuestos anuales.
• Actualización y análisis de modelos financieros.

Our understanding of renewable energy in the countries where we are active, combined with our unique engineering, accounting, legal, ICT and advisory skillset, are at their service to create value through superior management and provide assurance through timely, accurate reporting.

In Quintas Energy we want to accelerate the energy transition, and we need a skillset Senior Accountant to work across our different portfolios and countries from our Seville office to achieve this. For this role, full professional fluency in Spanish and English is essential, given the international nature of the role and the frequent interactions with global stakeholders. Italian will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Financial Activities: Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Month-end close activities, deviation analysis and reporting.
• Preparation and supervision of monthly Financial Statements in coordination with the accounting team.
• Collaboration in external audits and internal control processes.
• Preparation of Consolidation.
• Participation in the preparation for the conversion from SP, IT, and UK GAAP to IFRS (with a focus on IFRS 16 and IFRS 9).
• Preparation of annual budgets and related reviews.
• Preparation and management of cash flow & cash flow forecasts.

Debt Management

• Understanding and analysis of different Financing Agreements.
• Management of utilization requests, drawdowns, and distributions under loan agreements.
• Assistance with the preparation and amendment of documents required under loan agreements (covenants, ratios...)
• Monitoring of loan covenant compliance and events of default.
• Preparation and submission of performance and operational reports.

Financial and Valuation Modelling

• Updating and analysis of financial models, including proposal of revised assumptions.
• Creation and preparation of financial and valuation models.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as Accountant, and at least 1 year of experience in coordinating team´s work.
• Progressive experience in financial operations, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Expert knowledge in Excel needed including VLOOKUP’s, formulas, and Pivot Tables.
• Languages: Full professional level in Spanish and English is a must. Italian will be a plus (all languages will be assessed during the process).
• Ability to work in a team environment and in a client-facing role.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
