The Senior Account Manager is the primary owner of strategic client relationships and is responsible for driving long-term account growth. This role focuses on developing strong partnerships with operators, identifying upsell opportunities of content providers, and using data-driven insights to optimize client performance and expand account portfolios.

The ideal candidate combines deep iGaming knowledge with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, enabling them to understand what works best for each client and proactively recommend solutions that drive mutual growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and grow long-term relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders
  • Act as the main commercial point of contact for assigned accounts from onboarding through ongoing operations
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell content providers and products based on client needs and performance data
  • Analyze client performance, KPIs, and commercial results to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies
  • Advise clients on portfolio expansion and performance improvement initiatives
  • Own all account-related projects from initiation to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Prepare, present, and interpret reports related to account performance, revenue, and financial targets
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through structured account planning and prioritization
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly commercial targets set by management
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure successful delivery and execution
  • Take full responsibility for commercial negotiations, contract-related matters, and account profitability
Requirements
  • Proven senior-level experience in B2B Account Management
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry (experience with aggregation platforms strongly preferred)
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of upselling and growing account portfolios
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Additional languages considered as a plus
