What you'll do
  • Develop our market in Germany by acquiring customers, identifying decision-makers, creating proposals, and conducting meetings.
  • Qualify and understand customers' critical business problems, challenge conventional learning approaches, and demonstrate the business value of goFLUENT solutions.
  • Develop compelling business cases showing ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close deals.
  • Attend trade shows and events.
  • Travel within your territory to support sales efforts.
What you need
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience; SaaS and international experience are pluses.
  • Ability to build relationships with prospects at all levels, including senior managers and executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Teamwork, self-motivation, and adaptability in a results-driven environment.
  • Proactive, personable, hardworking.
  • Active on social media, especially LinkedIn.
  • Experience in training, e-learning, or staffing services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong German language skills (native or C2 level).
