What we look for

We are looking for a Security Architect to join our team and work on exciting projects for a client in the banking sector. The role requires more than 15 years of IT experience, including at least 10 years in a similar position. AWS certifications are preferred and recognized cyber security certifications (at least one such as ISACA, NIST, ISO, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.) are required. Vendor certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and review of security architectures of projects to ensure compliance with internal policies and principles.
• Support for the implementation of reference architectures, facilitating the adoption of technologies and products in each project.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Security policies and generate compliance standards for architectures.
• Align with security reference standards, considering recommendations from Cyber Global architecture teams.
• Identify best practices and trends applicable to security architectures.
• Engage with Global Cyber Security architecture teams and participate in global initiatives.
• Work closely with the CTO Architecture team and engage with the CISO for alignment and priority definitions.
• Provide general advice on security topics.

Advanced English and Spanish levels are required.

Technical qualifications

• Operational and analytical Cybersecurity: Digital Identity and Access Management with mastery of SAML and OpenID Connect standards.
• API security with mastery of OAuth 2.0, JWT Bearer Grant and Auth Code with PKCE.
• Understanding of the OSI model in the Network Layer.
• Threat modeling methodologies (STRIDE).
• Experience in networking, security and high availability of telecommunications systems and services at each network layer.
• Experience in designing security solutions and architectures.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity topics including cyber-attack, cyber defense, secure architecture, security management and administration.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
