Seasonal Artist - Part Time (Fixed Term Contract) – ECI - Pozuelo

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with expert makeup artistry and product knowledge to create a positive shopping experience.
• Work to achieve and exceed KPI targets; stay motivated by meeting goals and delivering your best.
• Imbody the brand ambassador role, sharing knowledge to help customers recreate Charlotte Tilbury looks and advising on product choices.
• Maintain high standards of personal care and present the brand in line with our guidelines.

Requirements

• Ideal: experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
• Passion for Charlotte Tilbury products, with willingness to share the brand story with customers.
• Experience in makeup application and ability to adapt style to different clients’ needs.
