Sales Training & CB Product Specialist – Iberia

you will be responsible for driving the development and positioning of Linde’s product and solution portfolio in the Iberian market, combining strategic vision with product management and sales training.

Your goal

maximize the value of our offering, manage the product lifecycle, and strengthen the capabilities of our sales network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product strategy throughout its lifecycle in line with the global strategic marketing vision.
  • Analyze the market and competition to identify opportunities, needs and trends.
  • Plan and manage launches of new products and solutions in collaboration with HQ.
  • Develop sales arguments and commercial tools for both direct and indirect networks.
  • Support and accompany the sales network in product demonstrations and technical advice.
  • Collaborate with HQ Product Management to adapt electric counterbalance products and solutions.
  • Highlight key strengths of our offering with Marketing & Communication for effective local campaigns.
  • Design and plan training programs for the sales network.
  • Create dynamic learning materials and digital tools tailored to the network.
  • Deliver training on products and solutions.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness by segmenting levels and competencies.
  • Collaborate in internal and external brand events.
Qualifications & Experience
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
  • 5+ years’ experience in product management and sales training in industrial or B2B environments.
  • Master’s degree in management and / or experience in the Material Handling sector highly valued.
  • Fluent Spanish and English with strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office.
