The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the Construction or Engineering sector, strong technical and commercial knowledge, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. Formación

Job Description

We are currently looking for a professional with a strong background in the Construction or Engineering industry to lead the growth of our Construction & Engineering division in Barcelona.

The ideal candidate will bring both technical and commercial knowledge of the sector, a natural drive to support people and organizations in growing together, and a strong passion for consultancy within this expanding industry.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing a comprehensive portfolio of clients within the Construction & Engineering sector.
  • Leading recruitment projects for technical, managerial, and executive roles within construction and industrial environments.
  • Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of consultants to ensure delivery of high-level recruitment services.
  • Fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Construction or Engineering industry. Prior experience in sales, business development, or recruitment consultancy is a strong plus.
  • BSc or MSc in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (strongly preferred).
Languages
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required; a third European language is an asset.
Competences
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and flexible, with a clear commercial and consultative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
