Overview

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for the Belgium & Luxembourg markets, as part of the Growth Markets. We\'re looking for someone with a demonstrated sales aptitude and excellent closing skills fluent in Dutch / Flemish and English.

Responsibilities
  • Speak with prospective clients over the phone to introduce ADP\'s leading solutions and expert guidance.
  • Build relationships and win new business from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses.
  • Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans. Use a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover their true needs, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cross-selling into existing accounts and highlighting ADP\'s other products and solutions.
  • Collaborate daily with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
Experience You Need
  • 5-8 years of successful B2B sales experience in Large or Enterprise / Global Accounts environments.
  • Outbound prospecting & independent territory management.
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated, with excellent closing skills.
  • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly / yearly quotas.
  • Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
  • Fluent in both Dutch / Flemish and English.
  • Excellent systems literacy in MS Office.
