Job Scope / Descripción del Puesto

Español: Como Sales Representative (Representante de Ventas) serás responsable de maximizar el crecimiento de las ventas y la rentabilidad en tu zona asignada País Vasco La Rioja y Navarra siguiendo las directrices del Regional Sales Manager. Esto implicará implementar planes de ventas supervisar el crecimiento y el rendimiento para superar los objetivos establecidos así como establecer y mantener excelentes relaciones con los clientes. El Representante de Ventas deberá residir en la zona comercial asignada.

English : As a Sales Representative you are responsible for maximizing growth in sales and profitability in your designated area Basque Country La Rioja Navarre following the guidelines given by the Regional Sales Manager. This will involve : implementing sales plans monitoring growth and performance to surpass set objectives and establishing and maintaining excellent customer Sales Representative should reside in the sales area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities / Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades
  • Identificar oportunidades dentro del área de ventas asignada para los productos DiaSorin y aplicar planes tácticos de ventas de acuerdo con las estrategias comerciales de la compañía para maximizar los ingresos la rentabilidad y la imagen corporativa.
  • Representar a la empresa y sus productos ante los clientes cumpliendo con el código ético de DiaSorin con el fin de fortalecer la imagen de la compañía.
  • Proporcionar previsiones realistas de ventas de la zona al equipo de Sales Management para garantizar la continuidad del suministro de productos.
  • Ofrecer soporte de primer nivel a los clientes y coordinarse con el departamento de atención al cliente y de pedidos para asegurar el más alto nivel de servicio.
  • Representar a la empresa en ferias congresos y simposios con el fin de reforzar su imagen.
  • Realizar tareas administrativas : preparación de ofertas formularios FOC informes mensuales de la zona listas de precios y gastos dentro de los plazos establecidos. Actualizar el CRM diariamente.
  • Proporcionar al equipo de marketing toda la información relevante dentro de los plazos definidos.
  • Traducir el plan de marketing en acciones comerciales concretas.
  • Ser responsable del cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas previstos en la región.
  • Otras funciones asignadas según las necesidades de la empresa.
  • To identify opportunities within the designated sales area for DiaSorin products and utilize tactical sales plans in accordance with DiaSorin sales strategies to maximize revenue profit and Company image.
  • To represent the Company and its products to customers within the DiaSorin code of ethics to enhance the Company image.
  • To provide realistic forecasts for your area to the Sales Management team to ensure continuity or product supply.
  • To provide first level customer support and liaise with customer care and the orders department to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • To represent the Company at exhibitions and symposia to enhance Company Image.
  • Administrative tasks : Quotations FOC forms Monthly report for area pricelist Expenses to be completed within set time frames. Updating CRM daily.
  • Providing the marketing team with all relevant data in specified time frame.
  • Transfer the marketing plan into sales actions
  • Responsible of the achievement of the forecasted sales in the region.
  • Other duties as assigned
Education Experience and Qualifications / Formación Experiencia y Cualificaciones
  • Formación universitaria en Ciencias (grado o equivalente).
  • Idiomas : español imprescindible inglés valorable.
  • Conocimiento y mínimo 5 años de experiencia comercial en el mercado IVD (diagnóstico in vitro) preferiblemente en los campos de microbiología endocrinología y analizadores de acceso aleatorio.
  • Habilidades interpersonales eficaces y capacidad para construir relaciones laborales sólidas.
  • Persona autónoma proactiva y orientada a resultados.
  • Capacidad para gestionar situaciones imprevistas.
  • Habilidad para analizar y utilizar la información disponible como herramienta de venta.
  • Excelente manejo de Microsoft Office.
  • La empresa proporcionará formación inicial y de producto.
  • Permiso de conducir tipo B.
  • Conocimientos informáticos : Word Excel PowerPoint Salesforce.
  • English: Scientific education Bachelor.
  • Languages : Spanish English is a plus.
  • Knowledge and minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IVD market specially focused on the microbiology field and endocrinology & random-access analysers
  • Effective Interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Self-motivated driven and proactive.
  • Ability to cope with unexpected situations.
  • Ability to analyse and utilise information provided as useful sales tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Induction and product training will be provided.
  • Driving license B.
  • Computer knowledge (Word Excel Power Point Salesforce).
