The project
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in the Hackett Showroom. The role involves selling in the showroom, working closely with the team, and creating a great atmosphere for co-workers and clients.
What will the role entail?
- Create a cohesive story of the collection to present to customers
- Remote and digital selling to E-commerce customers
- Support Wholesale Sales team during all selling processes, from showroom campaigns to final shipment
- Monitor product and pricing online and in stores
- Arrange product displays and demonstrate product features
- Coordinate final shipment of products to customers
- Analyze seasonal data, including customers, sales, and market research
- Prospect new customers
- Create tools to support sales in ECI, such as reports and product books
- Train staff with product presentations and sales arguments
- Conduct sales analysis
- Maintain daily communication with departments like Customer Service and Credit Control for order follow-up

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; a master's degree in Fashion is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum C1); additional languages are a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word
- Passion for retail and fashion
