The project

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in the Hackett Showroom. The role involves selling in the showroom, working closely with the team, and creating a great atmosphere for co-workers and clients.

What will the role entail?

  • Create a cohesive story of the collection to present to customers
  • Remote and digital selling to E-commerce customers
  • Support Wholesale Sales team during all selling processes, from showroom campaigns to final shipment
  • Monitor product and pricing online and in stores
  • Arrange product displays and demonstrate product features
  • Coordinate final shipment of products to customers
  • Analyze seasonal data, including customers, sales, and market research
  • Prospect new customers
  • Create tools to support sales in ECI, such as reports and product books
  • Train staff with product presentations and sales arguments
  • Conduct sales analysis
  • Maintain daily communication with departments like Customer Service and Credit Control for order follow-up

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; a master's degree in Fashion is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum C1); additional languages are a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word
  • Passion for retail and fashion
