We are looking to hire a customer-oriented sales representative to persuade medical companies and healthcare professionals to purchase our medical products and services. The Sales Rep's responsibilities include identifying new opportunities to increase company sales, investigating and resolving customer complaints, and strategically negotiating the terms of sale with customers to close contracts.

Sales Rep Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers
  2. Presenting company products and services to potential and existing customers and persuading them to acquire our products and services
  3. Identifying customer's needs and recommending company solutions that best fulfill those needs
  4. Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service
  5. Arranging conferences and group events for customers and medical professionals
  6. Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and education workshops
  7. Researching competitor's products, pricing, strengths and weaknesses, and marketing success
  8. Promptly submitting proposals and contracts
  9. Preparing sales reports as well as territory analysis and submitting them to management
  10. Making sure that the customers pay on-time

Sales Rep Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years experience as a sales rep in the medical industry
  2. Sound knowledge of medical terminology
  3. Bachelor's degree holder
  4. Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills
  5. Effective communication and negotiation skills
  6. Exceptional customer service skills
  7. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  8. Fluent in English and Tagalog
