Role Description

As a Showroom Sales Consultant at our new Diamonds Factory showroom in Madrid , you’ll be the face of the brand - welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through one of life’s most exciting purchases. You’ll combine your love for people, storytelling, and beautiful jewellery to create unforgettable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Spanish & English are a requirement.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the jewellery industry or hospitality background is a plus.
