Descripción de la vacante

Una importante red educativa internacional busca un profesional para gestionar solicitudes de admisión y asesorar a candidatos sobre programas educativos. Se requiere un título universitario en áreas relacionadas y experiencia en ventas, además de habilidades de comunicación y planificación. Ofrecemos un contrato permanente, salario fijo más variable por desempeño, y acceso a beneficios sociales. El trabajo es a tiempo completo y presencial en Barcelona.

Formación

  • Experiencia demostrada en ventas, preferiblemente en servicios de alto valor.
  • Inglés y español avanzado.

  • Gestionar solicitudes de admisión e información de estudiantes potenciales.
  • Asesorar a candidatos sobre programas educativos.
  • Asegurar una gestión eficiente del portafolio y embudo de ventas a través del CRM.

What will your goals be?

You will contact people interested in our programs, initiating an admission process that concludes with the student’s enrollment—provided they meet the necessary requirements for the international team.

You will monitor and analyze your own KPIs together with the Admissions Manager to achieve maximum efficiency in managing the portfolio of applications.

What will your day‑to‑day look like?
  • Manage admission and information requests from potential students. Address their questions and identify their training needs (by phone and in person).
  • Advise candidates on the program they are interested in, clearly and transparently explaining how our value proposition benefits their professional and personal development.
  • Ensure efficient portfolio and sales funnel management through the CRM.

Requisitos

Requirements :

  • University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate education will be valued.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably selling high‑value services.
  • Languages: Advanced English and Spanish.
