A luxury hotel in Madrid is seeking a candidate for an administrative role focused on ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities, with a background in luxury hospitality preferred. Responsibilities include managing guest correspondence, supporting room reservations, and facilitating a smooth front office operation.

Formación

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure a smooth experience for our guests.
  • Act as the central communication centre for the hotel.
  • Collate guest accounts and balance daily audits.
  • Handle day-to-day room reservations.
  • Assist guests with activities.
  • Administer the front office department.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong computer abilities, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

This role requires skills with managing guest relationships and delivering high standards of communication; both written and spoken.

What you will do
  • This role has a strong focus on administration to ensure a smooth experience for our guests.
  • Being the central communication centre for the hotel.
  • Collating guest accounts, balancing daily audits, answering telephones and general guest correspondence.
  • Day to day tasks associated with room reservations ensuring exceptional experiences for our discerning guests.
  • Assisting guests with activities.
  • Administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the front office department and hotel.
What you will bring

As well as your passion for service delivery and for luxury hospitality, you will have :

  • Some previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize and organise.
  • A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience OPERA Cloud (or similar) would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • High energy levels, attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are critical to your success.
