Candidates should have strong SQL skills, experience with internal stakeholders, and a good command of business English. Our primary goal is to enable data-driven decision-making by connecting information from our data warehouse (DWH) to external CRM systems. The most important part of this position is comparing the existing data with the ones prepared and covering the aspect of metrics data quality, managing business stakeholders expectations and covering operational objectives from a Data Warehouse side. Other teams of experts (Business Intelligence, Product Analysts) provide support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, both business and technical, we strive to eliminate inconsistencies in our databases, resolve processes issues regarding data transferring and satisfy decisive people with data that help the operational excellence increase.
