Genesy AI is a Barcelona-based startup on a mission to revolutionize how B2B sales and prospecting teams operate. Our cutting-edge AI-driven lead generation technology empowers sales teams to focus on what truly matters: selling. By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline—no wasted time, just results.

After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.

About the role

This role exists to design, operate, and continuously improve Genesy’s entire revenue engine. As our first true Revenue Operations hire, you will align Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Partners around clean data, reliable reporting, clear processes, and scalable automation. Your mission is to make revenue predictable, visible, and scalable.

This is not a reporting or CRM admin role. This is a company-defining role that sits at the center of how Genesy grows.

  • Build a Revenue Analytics System Leadership Can Actually Trust: You’ll design and deliver the first unified, end-to-end view of our revenue engine, from Marketing through Sales to Onboarding and Customer Success.
  • Fix and Scale How Revenue Teams Work Together: As Genesy grows, handovers and processes become the difference between speed and bottlenecks.
  • Turn the CRM Into a Reliable Source of Truth: You’ll clean, structure, and future-proof our revenue data foundation.
  • Automate What Should Never Be Manual: You’ll map our current tooling and automations, then redesign them for scale.
  • Drive Strategic Revenue Initiatives That Move the Needle: Beyond systems and processes, you’ll act as a strategic operator.

  • Strong Analytical & Data Foundations: You turn raw data into insights that drive decisions and build dashboards and models which Leaders actually trust.
  • Deep Systems & Process Thinking: You understand how Marketing, Sales, CS and Partnerships operate and design workflows and solutions that scale.
  • Hands-On RevTech & Automation Skills: You bring strong experience with modern revenue stacks (CRM, automation, analytics tools)

  • You are eager to work in our fantastic office from 4 to 5 days per week.
