Formación

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, reporting, or analytics roles.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming and data modeling is desirable.

Reports to: Global Financial Data Services Director

The Opportunity

Mission

As part of the Corporate Finance team, you will act as the guardian of Puig’s Financial Analytical Model, ensuring the quality, coherence, and consistency of reporting and analytical data. Your work will support decision‑making at the highest level and guarantee a common financial language across all Puig businesses worldwide.

What you'll get to do
  • Data Governance & Quality Assurance
    o Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across SAP systems (Central Finance, Group Reporting, BW, BPC, AFO).
    o Validate analytical allocations and reconciliations during closing and budgeting cycles.
  • Analytical Model Management
    o Maintain and evolve Puig’s financial analytical model (dimensions: market, brand, channel, category).
    o Monitor analytical bookings and chart of accounts usage to ensure consistency.
  • Business Process Ownership
    o Act as Business Process Owner for financial and analytical systems, providing functional and technical guidance.
    o Coordinate proper BU reporting (Actuals, Budget) into corporate tools during period-end closings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    o Serve as a strategic link between Finance, Controlling, IT, and external consultants to optimize data management.
    o Translate business requirements into system configurations and analytical processes.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement
    o Participate in ad‑hoc projects to enhance analytical models and define KPIs for business performance measurement.
    o Drive initiatives to improve reporting processes and data flows across the organization.
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
  • Experience: 3–5 years in finance, reporting, or analytics roles (corporate or consulting environment).
  • Technical Skills:
    o Knowledge of SAP environments (Central Finance, Group Reporting, BW, BPC, AFO).
    o Interest in programming, data modeling, or automation tools.
    o Strong logical and mathematical thinking.
  • Soft Skills:
    o Critical thinking and problem‑solving mindset.
    o Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.
    o Detail‑oriented and committed to data accuracy.
  • Languages: Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
