A leading real estate agency in Marbella is seeking a Rental Advisor to curate lifestyles and connect with high-end clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong language skills in Russian, English, and Spanish, and a deep knowledge of Marbella's luxury market. This is a full-time, office-based position at a prestigious location on the Golden Mile, offering long-term career growth and exclusive leads.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate, ideally within the Marbella luxury segment.
• Proven experience selling villas and properties valued at €1M+.
• Living in or around Marbella is a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Guide clients through the full journey from viewing to contract signing.
• Focus purely on clients, not managing villas.

Conocimientos

Fluent in Russian

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate — ideally within the Marbella luxury segment.
• Proven experience selling villas and properties valued at €1M+.
• Fluent in Russian, English and Spanish.
• Deep knowledge of Marbella and its prime areas — you know the neighborhoods, the clients, and what makes each property special.
• You know how to guide clients through the full journey — from the first viewing to the moment they sign the contract. (And don’t worry, we already have a Property Manager, so you’ll focus purely on clients, not on managing villas)
• Living in or around Marbella — this role is 100% office-based.
• Experience with Inmoba CRM is a strong plus.
