• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote or freelance capacity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Screen resumes and applications to determine potential fit.
• Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
• Collaborate to develop and implement recruitment strategies.

Conocimientos

Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
