• Background in tourism is required for daily work.
• Familiarity with legal vocabulary at a native level in French.
• Proficient level of English is a must.
• Experience in legal case management and tourism-related regulations.
• Ability to work with Gsuite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage legal customer complaints including consumer organization files and regulatory cases.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsels on customer complaints.
• Support VIP and sensitive customer complaints.
• Measure and report on the results of initiatives.
