A leading beverage company in Barcelona seeks a Regional On Premise Manager to lead a team optimizing sales and brand presence. Candidates should have 7+ years of sales experience and strong On Premise industry knowledge. Responsibilities include training, managing team performance, and executing regional business strategies to meet company goals. This role requires adaptability to market dynamics and the ability to inspire others.
The Regional On Premise Manager has the overall responsibility for breaking down and implementing the national business plan in the assigned region. The ROPM is the leader of the Musketeers. As the face of the brand in the market and together with his team, he optimises sales, brand presence and awareness throughout the On Premise channel.
Build and maintain a strong and highly effective team. Lead and coach all direct reports in a motivational way for increased productivity and engagement. Take ownership of the regional training plan. Guarantee customised trainings and coaching on a benchmark level to ensure continuous development of the team so that they stay on the cutting edge. Evaluate the skill level of the On Premise team on a permanent basis and adjust plans to reach targets. Spend sufficient time in the field with the team to evaluate progress. Ensure continuous development within the team through proper succession preparation.
Take full responsibility for the development and implementation of the regional On Premise business plan tailored to meet ambitious company goals. Continuously evaluate execution by spending time in field and by setting up appropriate KPI’s. Set up a proper route planning to ensure excellence in coverage and execution. Manage team to drive horizontal as well as vertical growth. Know your market like the back of your hand. Spend an appropriate amount of time in the field to stay close to market dynamics, secure and optimise existing execution and maintain a sharp look‑out for new opportunities—winning them over for RedBull.
