What will your day-to-day be like?

• Collaborate and lead some of our 'Values-Based Recruitment' processes (writing profiles, curricular screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, writing reports, values assessments, etc.)
• Collaborate with our consultancy services, both with national and international customers.
• Promote new ideas to innovate and grow.
• Help us develop our business model, contacting people to change the Human Resources sector.
• Ensure a unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purpose.
• Learn all you can and teach us all you want.
