Now, we are looking for a Recruiter in our office in Madrid, Spain.

We are looking for a candidate with a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The outstanding HR business partner must enhance company HR initiatives, boost staff morale, improve staff-employer relations, contribute to the achievement of corporate goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.

What is the role about?

As a recruiter, your role will be to team up with managers to meet recruitment needs. You will:

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, considering the realities of the external job market.
• Advise recruiters and determine the best recruitment strategy for specific positions.
• Select candidates and assess their potential using the latest tools and technologies. Organize and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Provide candidate care throughout the process to ensure a great candidate experience.
• Manage the entire ATS process and promote its use to hiring managers.
• Work with the marketing department to promote Group-IPS.
• Participate in recruitment events with universities.
• International scope: mainly in Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Spain.
• Design, develop, and implement strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
