A leading hospitality group in Barcelona is seeking a dynamic front office team member to create a welcoming environment for guests. The role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling billing inquiries, and addressing special requests. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, have strong customer service skills, and fluent in Spanish and English. Formación

  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan and additional languages are a plus.
  • Passion for hospitality and positive impact on guests.
  • Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required.

What youll do
  • Youre the first face our guests see and you have your own way of treating them as individuals making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
  • Deal with the coming and going of guests making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
  • Work with all our teams to make sure were always busy and help our Front Office Manager with any overbooking levels.
  • Answer phones sort out requests give recommendations to the best show to see and the latest pop-up restaurant to try in the area - youre the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to.

  • Previous hotel (or similar) experience is great but its not a must-have for us - if youre eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Catalan and additional languages will be highly valuable.
  • Previous experience with Opera PMS is an advantage.
