The successful candidate will play a critical role in streamlining business processes, maintaining client relationships, and supporting property listings and transactions efficiently.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for real estate agents, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling emails.
Assist in the preparation and management of property listings across multiple platforms.
Conduct market research, compile data, and generate reports to support business decisions.
Maintain client databases and track communication history to ensure excellent customer service.
Prepare and organize contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to property transactions.
Manage social media accounts and marketing campaigns to enhance property visibility.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide general support to the real estate team, ensuring smooth workflow and operations.
Proven experience in real estate, virtual assistance, or administrative support is highly desirable.
