At Pure Living Properties, a leading luxury real estate agency based in Puente Romano and in the heart of Marbella, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant specialised in Real Estate to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills, knowledge of the property sector, and the ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.

What we are looking for

A reliable and organised professional to manage financial operations related to property sales, rentals, and company accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Essential requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in accounting within the real estate sector, preferably in luxury properties.
• Solid knowledge of tax regulations, invoicing, supplier management, and monthly reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience working with international clients and high-value transactions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or ERP tools.
• Understanding of the legal and administrative processes linked to property operations.
