Formación

• Graduate degree in IT or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in IT support or R&D functions.
• Ability to debug source code.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiry, complaint, and safety issues per ISO standards.
• Resolve cases potentially with senior collaboration.
• Support audit and inspection documentation.

Conocimientos

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to read and understand source code

Experience in information technology support

Educación

Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Biomedical Engineering
