Your mission will be to ensure that responsibilities related to GxP activities are clearly defined, documented and fulfilled across the international network of donation centers, fractionation plants, quality control laboratories, logistics areas, and strategic partners, in accordance with global regulatory requirements and Grifols’ corporate Quality policies.

What your responsibilities will be
  • Coordination of the Group’s Quality Agreements

Lead the drafting, review, negotiation and approval of Quality Agreements with the different Group divisions and with external partners at a global level (suppliers, laboratories, contract manufacturers, distributors, etc.).

Ensure that Quality Agreements are aligned with international regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, Health Canada, MHRA, PMDA, among others) and with corporate policies and standards (EU GMP, 21 CFR, ICH Q10, ISO 9001, PPTA).

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Legal, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Operations, Supply Chain and other corporate functions to ensure global consistency, traceability and compliance.

  • Design, Implementation and Advisory Support for Quality Agreements

Design, implement and maintain a corporate Quality Agreements management system.

Provide training and technical guidance to local and regional Quality teams on the requirements, structure and management of Quality Agreements.

Drive global harmonization of templates, procedures, and processes related to Quality Agreements within the corporate quality management system.

Develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) on the status, compliance and cycle times of Quality Agreements to Corporate Quality leadership.

Foster a culture of compliance and shared accountability across the organization through effective and standardized management of Quality Agreements.
