A leading CDMO firm in Spain is seeking a QC Supervisor Technician for its physicochemical laboratory. The ideal candidate will oversee GMP activities, evaluate technical documentation, and drive process improvements. A degree in Chemistry/Biotechnology and at least 4 years of relevant experience are required. Formación

• At least 4 years of work experience with the techniques mentioned.
• Intermediate level of English (B1 level / First Certificate).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure GMP activities in the physicochemical laboratory.
• Evaluate and review technical documentation for Quality Control.
• Organize and ensure compliance with the weekly program.
• Propose process improvements to enhance quality and safety.
• Train and qualify analysts for proper controls.
• Maintain laboratory installations according to manufacturer manuals.
• Draft and supervise standard operating procedures (SOP's).
• Resolve deviations in the laboratory.
• Coordinate release of raw materials and analysis of intermediates.
• Support stability studies in collaboration with other technicians.
• Provide production quality support for incidents.
• Approve and close CAPAS from deviations.
• Ensure traceability of materials consumed in the analysis.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines

Use of Agilent equipment with Empower 3 software

Educación

University Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or similar

Master's degree related to the area of study
