The role involves leading the validation and verification of solutions, creating test plans, and continuous improvements in testing strategies. Candidates should have a degree in engineering or computer science, at least 3 years of experience in validation strategies, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. The position offers flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week.
