We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have at least 2 years of experience in client-facing or technical environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal team
- Provide clear and responsive communication via email and phone (including on-call support)
- Understand the client's business needs and help coordinate the delivery of services accordingly
- Foster strong, long-term relationships based on trust and reliability
Incident & Request Coordination
- Assist with the coordination of incidents and service requests
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
- Keep clients informed about ongoing issues and progress updates
- Support the documentation and follow-up of infrastructure change
Project Coordination
- Help plan and monitor small to mid-sized projects with support from a senior team member
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project tasks
- Track project status and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Support testing and implementation phase
- Promote process improvement and clear documentation
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1 or above)
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a service-oriented mindset
