We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have at least 2 years of experience in client-facing or technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal team
• Provide clear and responsive communication via email and phone (including on-call support)
• Understand the client's business needs and help coordinate the delivery of services accordingly
• Foster strong, long-term relationships based on trust and reliability

Incident & Request Coordination

• Assist with the coordination of incidents and service requests
• Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
• Keep clients informed about ongoing issues and progress updates
• Support the documentation and follow-up of infrastructure change

Project Coordination

• Help plan and monitor small to mid-sized projects with support from a senior team member
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project tasks
• Track project status and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Support testing and implementation phase
• Promote process improvement and clear documentation

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1 or above)
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a service-oriented mindset
