We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong consultancy skills to support and lead strategic projects in labs across our R&D and manufacturing plants. This role includes managing the following critical initiatives:

• RFP for a holistic Quality Assurance (QA) platform.
• RFP for a Scientific Data Cloud solution (e. g. , Tetrascience), including vendor evaluation and selection.
• Upgrade of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the RFP processes for the QA platform and Scientific Data Cloud solution.
• Define business requirements, develop evaluation criteria, and facilitate vendor selection.
• Engage with vendors through workshops, proposals, and technical discussions.
• LIMS Upgrade: Oversee the planning and execution of the LIMS upgrade project, ensuring minimal disruption to lab operations.
• Manage system enhancements, testing, validation, and deployment phases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align upgrades with lab requirements and compliance standards.

General Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Consultancy and Strategic Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations.
• Ensure alignment of all projects with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver clear and actionable insights to support decision-making processes.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in project management within R&D or Manufacturing labs preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of leading RFPs for IT solutions and overseeing LIMS upgrades.

Skills:

• Strong consultancy skills with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Familiarity with lab systems (e. g. , LIMS, ELN, CDS), QA workflows, and data management solutions.

Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, including GxP standards.
• Expertise in vendor evaluation, system validation, and deployment processes.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
