We are looking for

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in project management and execution.
• Technological profile (Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or similar).
• Languages: Spanish and English (at least B2 or similar).
• Knowledge of or familiar with the software life cycle and knowledge of devops concepts.
• High knowledge of release management.
• Knowledge in the SW cycle, QA, testing, etc.
• Knowledge in IT methodologies.
• High knowledge of DB (Oracle, PostgreSQL,...), specially DB2.
• Knowledge of some programing languages (Java, PL-SQL, XGEN, etc.) specially COBOL/Microfocus, JCL.
• Experience in analysis, definition, and development of applications.

Your role in the team

Project Manager & Business Analyst with experience in managing highly complex projects, especially with multidisciplinary teams all over the world. Ability to make decisions in a rational and analytical way. Ability to be autonomous.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the definition of business solutions for Retail bank.
• Create project planning or releases.
• Analysis and validation of technological solutions.
• Participate in the validation of architectures.
• Coordinate SW life cycle. SLA management.
• Coordinate the testing cycle, especially SIT (System Integration test) and Performance.
• Coordinate teams of developers.
• Coordinate the UAT with the users.
• Be the guarantor of the quality of the SW, and of the KPIs that are designed.
