Formación

Our team is looking for a Project Controls Risk Manager to join our team in Madrid.
If you have experience in project planning & risk management within the pharmaceutical or industrial sectors, we'd love to have you on board.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the Risk Management service and advise project and programme management.
  • Lead dynamic risk workshops and collaborate with the project management team and stakeholders to assess, identify, prioritize and mitigate risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project management, scheduling and cost teams to integrate risk insights.
  • Conducting Quantitative Schedule and Cost Risk Assessments (QSRA / QCRA) to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Develop risk registers and track mitigation actions to reduce project uncertainties.
  • Proactively supporting risk owners to completing mitigation actions.
  • Support decision-making by providing scenario analysis and contingency planning.
  • Ad-hoc visits to the construction site to provide team support, lead workshops, nurture relationships and assess the progress of the project.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on creating scalable solutions and team development.
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of PMO and project controls with a focus on scheduling and risk management.
  • Skilled in Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse or Safran.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Have a passion for building a global team and fostering employee development.
