About the role

As a Program Lead, Contract Management you will support complex projects in the nuclear decommissioning and remediation sector.

You will manage high-value contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting successful project delivery across EMEA.

You will report to the D&D Director, ELA OMS and be located at Madrid.

Hybrid work schedule.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the contract management function for nuclear decommissioning and remediation projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts following FIDIC, NEC, or similar international forms.
• Manage claims, disputes, and arbitration processes, providing advice and strategic input.
• Develop and consolidate contact management team for EMEA nuclear decommissioning and remediation portfolio.
• Ensure contractual and commercial compliance throughout project lifecycles including negotiation discussion with the customers.
• Reporting to the global director, collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
• Support bid and tender processes from a contractual and risk management perspective.
• Provide guidance and training on contract management best practices.
