A global aviation organization is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead their agile product team. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring that deliveries align with customer needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and is preferred to have experience in the aviation industry.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritise the product backlog.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support PI planning and agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, and stakeholders.
• Validate completed work against the Definition of Done.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams.

Conocimientos

Proven Product Owner experience in Agile / SAFe

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements

Aviation or airline experience

Agile / SAFe certifications

Product Owner

Location: Barcelona

Hybrid – 3 days a week on site

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a global organisation in the aviation industry. You will lead an agile product team, manage the backlog, define user stories and ensure delivery aligns with customer needs and business goals.
