Formación

  • 4+ years' experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar PMO support role.
  • Strong experience working within SAP (ERP) environments.

PMO Analyst

Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months (extendable)

A global organisation delivering multiple IT and digital transformation programmes is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support delivery across several concurrent initiatives.

This role sits at the heart of transformation activity, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to provide structure, governance, and delivery assurance across ERP, CRM, and web-based programmes.

Role Overview

As a PMO Analyst, you will support programme and project teams by consolidating requirements, tracking delivery progress, and ensuring alignment between current-state and future-state processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support PMO activities across multiple IT transformation programmes
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, consolidate, and analyse requirements
  • Support As-Is/To-Be process analysis and documentation
  • Track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and reporting remain accurate and up to date
  • Act as a key liaison between business and technical delivery teams
Skills & Experience Required
  • 4+ years' experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar PMO support role
  • Strong experience working within SAP (ERP) environments
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) programmes
  • Experience supporting web application initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
