A leading manufacturing firm in Tarragona, Spain, is seeking a Plant Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all site operations. This role requires a focus on safety, quality, and employee engagement while managing budget and performance management. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, Six Sigma certification, and 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in textile, paper, or extrusion industries. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 7+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience in quality control, engineering, and operations of textile, paper or extrusion manufacturing preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight to all site departments.
• Supervise all activities within the plant aligning operations with organizational objectives.
• Set clear operational goals and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Optimize processes to drive improvements, automation, and efficiency.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets and monitor production costs.
• Implement robust policies and procedures to meet production and quality requirements.
• Champion EHS compliance and foster a safety-first culture.
• Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Engage with employees and maintain strong relationships with staff.
• Ensure adherence to government regulations and standards.
• Align workforce capabilities with business needs and ensure succession planning.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects at regional or global levels.
