We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to support our rapidly growing Madrid office. You will play a key role in creating an efficient, welcoming, and well-organized work environment.

Contract : Part-time (25 hours / week)

Location : Hybrid (Madrid)

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations : supplies, facilities, maintenance, correspondence.
  • Coordinate with IT for office equipment logistics (delivery, handover, return).
  • Assist People Operations with background checks and Health & Safety compliance.
  • Support People & Culture and Marketing teams with purchase order processes.
  • Collaborate with different departments in onboarding and offboarding (access, equipment, welcome packs, etc.).
  • Organize and support internal office events.
  • Act as the go-to person for any facility-related issues or requests.
