The Role

As Performance Marketing Executive, you'll be a key driver in our growth engine, supporting high-impact acquisition campaigns and delivering insights that fuel smarter optimisation.

Reporting into our Marketing Director, you'll bring a solid mix of strategic awareness and hands-on execution. You'll launch campaigns, follow the data, and keep levelling up performance, making sure Purolabs shows up in a meaningful way wherever people are searching, scrolling, or clicking.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys problem-solving with data, and is motivated by delivering measurable results they can own.

This is a unique opportunity to grow your career within one of the UK's fastest-growing supplements brands, with real ownership from day one and opportunities for accelerated progression.

Your Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
  • Launch and optimise paid social campaigns, with primary focus on Meta Ads
  • Support the development and delivery of a structured test-and-learn roadmap, from creative iterations to bidding strategies and audience segmentation
  • Assist with campaign builds, ad set structures, and creative testing across platforms

  • Share insights that shape ongoing improvements and inform strategic decisions
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and weekly reports
  • Conduct competitor research and identify trends worth testing
Collaboration
  • Work closely with our Creative Team to ensure campaigns are data-informed and aligned to growth objectives
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share learnings and optimise the full customer journey
  • Stay informed on platform updates, tools, and industry trends to help identify opportunities for continuous optimisation
  • Put forward business cases to trial new platforms and effectively communicate results
What You Bring

  • Solid understanding of key e-commerce metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV)
  • Familiarity with attribution models and performance measurement challenges
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis

  • Proactive. You spot opportunities and raise your hand before being asked
  • Detail-oriented. You notice the small things that impact performance
  • Resilient. You're comfortable with testing, failing fast, and iterating
  • Team player. You collaborate well and communicate clearly
