Formación

  • Over 3 years of experience in HR administration or payroll is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll, time, tax processes, and policies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and fluency in German.

How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role, the EMEA Payroll Coordinator will report to the EMEA Payroll Manager and be part of the Colleague Servicing Team (CS). The role is responsible for ensuring that payroll processes are executed flawlessly and to deliver the highest level of service to our colleagues. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to drive innovation, productivity, and process improvements, as well as support external perspectives and enterprise thinking. As the CS team evolves, responsibilities may change; therefore, candidates must exhibit flexibility, adaptability to change, and comfort with ambiguity.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage preparation of monthly payroll and ensure compliance with local regulations (with support from payroll providers)
  • Maintain team email inboxes by researching and responding to colleague requests
  • Prepare monthly metrics for International Payroll Teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities
  • Communicate with authorities and third-party partners
  • Demonstrate urgency by following through on issues identified via process analysis and escalations
  • Provide analytical support for all team processes, including year-end tasks
  • Create and maintain a customer service environment to support and assist with inquiries, adding value
  • Support and collaborate as a subject matter expert during internal and external audits
  • Support and collaborate as a subject matter expert during projects, such as automation initiatives
  • Develop quality assurance processes with team members
  • Drive and support efforts to create the best service and experience for colleagues

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Over 23 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or finance is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll, time, tax, business processes, reporting, policies, and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong relationship management skills to collaborate, influence, and manage conflicts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
  • Fluent in spoken and written German

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Swedish communication skills
  • Swedish National ID
