How will you make an impact in this role?
In this role, the EMEA Payroll Coordinator will report to the EMEA Payroll Manager and be part of the Colleague Servicing Team (CS). The role is responsible for ensuring that payroll processes are executed flawlessly and to deliver the highest level of service to our colleagues. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to drive innovation, productivity, and process improvements, as well as support external perspectives and enterprise thinking. As the CS team evolves, responsibilities may change; therefore, candidates must exhibit flexibility, adaptability to change, and comfort with ambiguity.
