Formación

  • 1 year of experience in a similar position within Customer Service in an international environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tool/tools.

This position is onsite and based in Barcelona (Spain).

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience to each and every one of our patients.
  • Ensure that every call, email, and meeting leaves our patients happy!
  • Engage with our patients and build a connection to keep them excited about their journey to a perfect smile.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through calls (video and audio), emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and live chat.
  • Make calls, book and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients.
  • Explain our product and guide customers through the process and timelines.
  • Clarify requirements and help our patients complete documentation as needed.
  • Proactively recognize and report trends and potential weaknesses.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our products and processes.
  • Help create solutions to enhance the customer journey.
  • Work with your teammates to foster a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position within Customer Service in an international environment.
  • Excellent level of German (C1).
  • Professional level of English (B2-C1).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team spirit and a proactive attitude.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tool / tools.
