A leading telecommunications company is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support agent for its Salt telecom project in Madrid. The role involves assisting customers with subscriptions and device issues while identifying upsell opportunities. Candidates must possess at least 1 year of sales experience and strong communication skills. Meal Allowance: 7 per working day (meal card, tax-free).

Training: 15 working days of paid training (compensated upon successful completion).
Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers
Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, contract updates
Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach
Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy
Fluent Italian (written & spoken)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer-facing sales, telesales, etc.)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa
