A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Expert to provide technical consultancy and guidance in preventing cybersecurity threats. Candidates should have deep knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and strong problem-solving skills. This role involves identifying security gaps, managing incidents, and advising on security architectures. The schedule offers flexibility with 4 days remote and 1 day onsite in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain, and a competitive salary package will be discussed during the interview.

Formación

OT Cybersecurity Expert

We are looking for an "OT Cybersecurity Expert" to provide advanced expertise and proactive guidance on all aspects of OT cybersecurity of a global pharmaceutical company.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀

• NIDS Fine Tunning and regular contact with automation teams

• Deliver expert technical consultancy on OT cybersecurity topics.

• Advise proactively on organizational and technological aspects of OT cybersecurity.

• Identify and address potential security gaps, supporting remediation efforts.

• Independently complete complex assignments, defining and executing required steps.

• Proactively follow up on open tasks, ensuring accurate completion and escalation when necessary.

• Lead security incident handling and vulnerability management.

• Support the definition and improvement of OT cybersecurity architectures.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in manufacturing, engineering, and automation environments.

• Participate regularly in onsite team meetings in Sant Cugat, Spain.

SKILLS

• Deep technical knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for gap analysis and remediation.

• Advanced skills in security incident response and vulnerability management.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive approach to task management and follow-up.

• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Sant Cugat, Spain.

NICE TO HAVE

• Proven experience in OT cybersecurity, ideally within pharmaceutical manufacturing or industrial automation.

• Track record of independently managing complex cybersecurity projects and tasks.

• Experience in security incident handling and vulnerability management in OT environments.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Prior involvement in architecture definition or improvement for OT cybersecurity systems.

• Experience working in international or multi-site teams, with willingness to travel frequently.

SCHEDULE 🕘

• 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)

• 4 days by remote & 1 day on-site
