Overview

Operations & HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide vital support to our internal operations and people processes.

Responsibilities
  • Team Coordination: Manage team schedules, project allocations, and resource planning. Review invoices and dedication for accuracy.
  • Contracts Administration: Draft, manage, and track client contracts and freelancer agreements. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for all joiners and leavers.
  • HR Talent Support: Assist in talent acquisition by sourcing candidates and conducting first-round interviews. Coordinate recruitment from job posting to offer stage and serve as primary point of contact for HR-related queries.
