About the Role

As an Onboarding Account Manager for the German market, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding journey. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new German-speaking clients
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and account setup
  • Understand client goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges during onboarding
  • Provide guidance on product features, updates, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams
  • Monitor onboarding metrics and ensure clients transition successfully to ongoing account management
Requirements
  • Native or fluent German, with strong English skills
  • Previous experience in account management, onboarding, or client-facing roles
