Identify and meet the needs of the different teams of the company about office and facilities
Ensure security and maintenance in good condition of the equipment, installations, and the overall office.
This includes managing the business relationship with IT and Reception outsourcing companies, Office security and cleaning companies, and any other third-party company.
Ensure the safety and security of employees, through particular actions of training, holding security registry, and regulatory controls.
