A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Norwegian-Speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist in Málaga. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in technology sales, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Join a fast-growing international cloud-solutions team on the beautiful coast of Málaga. This role blends your Norwegian language skills with a technical-commercial position where you'll support companies in their cloud transformation and drive real business impact.

What you'll be doing
  • Engage with Norwegian-speaking customers and partners, presenting and positioning cloud solutions (Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, Business Applications)
  • Win new business and identify up-sell / cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver technical overviews tailored to customer needs and usage scenarios
  • Perform feasibility assessments, support pricing, proposals and confirm implementation requirements
  • Act as the technical point of reference for inside-sales teams, providing ongoing training and guidance
  • Stay up to date with cloud innovations and competitive offerings
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue, pipeline and customer success metrics
What we're looking for
  • Native or fluent Norwegian (C1/C2) and strong English (B2/C1)
  • 3-6+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or pre-sales/solutions engineering
  • Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures, ability to translate tech into business value
  • Familiarity with identity, authentication, security, compliance and cloud governance
  • Experience with cloud migrations, adoption planning or productivity/collaboration platforms is a plus
  • Cloud certifications: minimum Fundamentals level required; intermediate (L200) preferred
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
  • Proactive, target-driven, confident communicator and able to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment
  • EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit is mandatory
