Formación

Conocimientos

Nordic language fluency (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)
Strong English (B2-C1)

Knowledge of cloud & hybrid architecture
Excellent communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Maths

What youll be doing
  • Engage with Nordic-speaking customers and partners to present and position cloud solutions (Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, Business Applications)
  • Win new business and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales agents and partner managers
  • Provide insightful technical overviews matched to customer needs and usage scenarios
  • Perform feasibility assessments, support pricing and proposal development, and confirm implementation requirements
  • Act as the technical reference for the telesales/inside-sales team delivering training and guidance
  • Continuously develop your technical acumen regarding Microsoft cloud (and competitor offerings) to help accelerate customer success
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for net-new revenue, pipeline growth and operational KPIs
What were looking for
  • Native or fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish) plus strong English (B2-C1)
  • 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales, business development or a pre-sales/solutions engineering role
  • Broad knowledge of end-user cloud & hybrid architecture, and the ability to clearly explain business value from technology
  • Familiarity with identity/authentication/security/privacy/compliance in cloud/hybrid solutions
  • Experience with cloud adoption, migrations and productivity/collaboration platforms is a plus
  • Minimum certification: Cloud Fundamentals; preferred: Azure/Microsoft L200-level or equivalent
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Maths) preferred
  • Self-starter, excellent communicator, proven track record of achieving goals, thrives in dynamic international environment
  • EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit is mandatory
