Formación

• Mínimo 4 años de experiencia trabajando con .NET 6/8.
• Conocimientos profundos en computación en la nube y conceptos arquitectónicos.
• Experiencia significativa en arquitecturas distribuidas y sistemas de eventos.
• Dominio de SQL para optimización y ajuste de rendimiento.
• Entiende los conceptos de IaC (Terraform, ARM).
• Experiencia demostrada en sistemas de alta carga y baja latencia.
• Comprensión profunda de las prácticas de CI/CD.
• Buen comunicador que puede explicar temas técnicos efectivamente.

Key Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with .NET 6/8
• Cloud Computing (Azure / AWS / GCP): Deep understanding of cloud architecture and concepts; platform-agnostic. Azure is preferred but not mandatory.
• Event-Driven Architecture and Distributed Systems: Must have significant hands-on experience; lack of exposure is a major concern.
• Databases: Strong SQL expertise for optimization and performance tuning. NoSQL knowledge is a plus but not essential.
• Infrastructure as Code: Understands concepts of IaC (Terraform, ARM, etc.); conceptual understanding is more important than specific tooling.
• Scalability and Observability: Demonstrated experience working with high-traffic, low-latency systems; understands key performance metrics.
• CI/CD: Deep understanding of continuous delivery and integration practices, regardless of the specific tool.
• Communication: Clear, structured communicator who can explain technical topics effectively.
